Letter from Kentucky

The author wrote a letter from Kentucky. He was visiting Kentucky based on a magazine story he was writing about a television show set in Harlan County. Instead he wrote a letter. As he visited Kentucky he looked back on memories as he passed all of the familiar places he remembered. He even passed his old house where he mentions he tried to grow up. As he passed all of these places he saw everything changed and was very much different. It just goes to show you how much times passes a lot of things change. Lesson learned from this reading. I never thought about it but when I look back on things it can take a real reminder of how things used to be since a lot of time has passed with just about anything.
