Letter from Kentucky 13

Something unique  about this break was majority of the break was just directions and descriptions and was detailed but around the beginning of the break a woman says"you can work all day, honey. Eat your biscuits while they're hot.' Is the only line in the poem that actually is not addressed in anyway he just says she said it. I thought this line was nice because the right there are so many things you can do in life but always have time but something as simple as a biscuit sure you can eat it at any time but it wont be the same as it is while its hot and fresh which was a very odd thing to place in this break because like I said its mainly directions and descriptions.
My section helps us go through this journey that the author is going through place by place he helps describe all the places hes been and how they look or if he took a left or right it created a nice setting for the reader to see as if we were in a car with him on this road trip.
Mid way while talking about the radio show he mentions something about Abraham and God i was wondering why would he place that line in this part of the break i thought it was very random and did not make any sense to me because he talks about "a modern medical world" that has nothing to do with what I felt like had to do with the journey he was taking us on.
